This page is to discuss a skeleton for the lay-out of Area pages.

Am i meant to post here? or the discussion part? well i'll post here, if its wrong then you can move it?

Well anyway im going about creating a page(skeleton) for the areas page. If anyone has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated!

Community Portal pages are designed as Talk pages, so yes, post here what is relevant, but you can link to detail pages (the skeleton proposal itself) to avoid cluttering the page. About headers, I meant a more structured hierarchy as detailed on User:Lirielle/Geography/Hierarchy.

This page is about what to put on an Area/Subarea page.

Sections for subarea pages[edit]

Here are some suggestions for potential sections. See Aerdala Village for inspiration.

  • map
  • introduction
  • access (entrances/zaaps/imp carriers/other (boats...))
  • special places
    • dungeons
    • profession spots (workshops, gathering spots...)
    • quests starting points
    • hidden places (hidden mines, secret routes...)
  • monsters
  • npcs
